Judge Throws Out Obama Citizenship Case: Berg Will Appeal

I really don’t understand why a judge threw out the Philip Berg lawsuit asking for Obama to prove he is a U.S. citizen. Even if the lawsuit were “frivolous” as the judge claimed, don’t we, the people, have the right to ask whether or not our presidential candidates are qualified per the Constitution?
